Works as intended in Polycom Voice Station 100

Our office's Voice Station 100 would randomly cut out and hang up on people. It turned out the little tab that holds the connector into the socket had broken off. I was trying to decide whether I could just use a generic RJ45 cat5 cable to replace, but I figured this would be a sure thing, even though it cost more. The cable is well made and works great,
