Beckham Hotel Collection1300 Series Luxury Goose Down Alternative Comforter Hypoallergenic King/Cal King Aqua

I read a ton of reviews, bought (and quickly returned) comforters from stores like TJMaxx + HomeGoods, and pretty much agonized over the decision to get a new comforter for my bed. I wanted something thick and fluffy, warm (but not hot), and stylish that made me feel like I was in a hotel. And I wanted to spend no more than $60. This fits the bill nicely.I've tried the Beckham Hotel pillows and absolutely love them so took a shot on this comforter even though the squares aren't the style I like. It fluffed up nicely after being removed from the shrink wrap - no smell! It's quite wrinkled out of the package (as pictured) so if that's something you'd be bothered by, just wash and/or iron. I was worried about the reviews that showed tearing after the first wash, so I washed it right away in case it broke - so I could return if necessary. Washed on delicate + no heat dry as per instructions, and it fit nicely in my front loader with no tears or snags (it did take 3 cycles to dry but I'm not surprised with no heat).This is quite warm and soft and cozy. I'm from NorCal but just relocated to the midwest, and this is too warm for my husband this summer (70-80 degree nights). But I like to be toasty so I'm keeping it for my own use and he can use our old quilt. ;)To cover the look of the squares, I ordered a duvet cover and am still under budget. Overall pleased and would recommend to anyone else looking for that hotel experience!

This is a pretty pink, but more importantly is the comfort. Keeps you cool in the hot summer and warm in the cold winter. Breathable, machine washable, and very sturdy. I have owned the same brand in brown and have washed once a week for four years and it’s still like brand new!

We have had this in Navy for several months now and both my husband and I absolutely love it! He have had our last comforter for over 20 years so we weren't sure what we wanted or what we would think of a new one. This comforter is so light in weight and very fluffy but don't let that fool you. It is very warm to be under. In fact I usually have to toss it off during the night because I am too warm and my husband can't get over how comfortable, soft and warm it is. I mentioned light weight because it is so easy for me to make the bed in the mornings with it. My last one was heavier and much harder to maneuver but this one is super easy. I am going to let my college son pick out a color now for his room. If I had to find anything negative it would only be I wish it was a bit larger. We have a Cal King and don't get me wrong, it fits fine but I wish it hung down the sides longer. It hangs off both sides about 18" or so.

This comforter is soft, lightweight, yet warm. It seems to attract cat hair a bit, but is easily washed. We love the color.

I’ve been looking for a comforter of this quality for years. Bought a king for a queen bed.Absolutely my favorite comforter I’ve bought since the 1980’s. I bought the sage green, color is exactly as pictured. Highly recommend and you can’t beat the price.I have only a sheet and the comforter and I’m very warm at night.I’ve read some past reviews, not sure what they’re talking about. Just get it, you won’t be disappointed.So many posts about it shredding, my dog sleeps every night with me on it. As for tearing and shredding after washing, I have an old top loader, my king size fit in it, it’s the very large capacity. Washed on warm, one cup of liquid detergent, fabric softener and hung to almost dry. Ran in the dryer on fluff for 20 minutes and it’s as beautiful and soft as it was out of the package.I have no complaints at all. If it came in a lilac, I’d definitely buy again.The pictures were taken after the comforter was washed once.

I love this comforter so much that I’ve purchased 2 of them over the last 3 years. You can’t beat the value, and it’s truly a nice quality comforter. It is so soft & cozy! I just love it. I have a cat that sheds on it, but with a lint roller, the hair comes right off. The King comforter fits my Cal-King mattress perfectly! If you’re in the market for an inexpensive, nice quality comforter, this is the one you should purchase. It works beautifully as a duvet filler, as well.
