It has Soy Bean oil hope that helps taking it for my Immune system was told to take this by my R.A Doctor.

Small and effective

Just the right size to start with. My husband has titanium in his neck on all his vertebrae now. His surgeon told him to take these daily.I don’t notice any smell which is good. Since he quickly swallows them he doesn’t really taste them. The strength is just what is recommended by surgeon. Non of them have melted down that is a plus too. Nothing is worse than your pills melting.

An affordable(when on sale) way to keep those D3 levels up

I have a real problem with my D3 levels...not sure why, but these DO work. They're super small, you just take on a day and everything is alright. Getting them on sale is the way to go as $20+ a bottle is just a bit much, even if you really need them.
