Ancient Multi Prenatal

After trying several other prenatal vitamins, I came across this specific one and have never gone back. It has never upset my stomach which was so important to be especially while I was pregnant. It also doesn’t taste like anything which was a huge deal during my pregnancy as certain flavors would make me nauseous. Most importantly, it’s a clean product and has all the essential vitamins and nutrients needed during pregnancy. I’ve continued to take it postpartum and will take it through future pregnancies.

This is the only prenatal vitamin that states that it's a "prenatal" made with beef liver. It has no weird smell or taste. It has ginger to help soothe nausea, the liver helps with low iron-so more energy! They quality is so good. It sells out so grab 2 bottles when it's available! Highly recommend!

Love them! But I needed to add more vitamin D to the mix, as it is very low -for me at least. The rest of the ingredients are really good! Seems all natural and good quality.

Started taking this as soon as I found out I was pregnant with our 4th! I love it! Definitely the best prenatal I have ever taken. I love that it has the extra nutrients like, wild hake roe and liver etc. You don’t find in other prenatal’s or necessarily in your daily diet either! It also does well on empty stomach and I have had zero issues with heartburn as a side effect from it either! 10/10 recommend and will continue to use even after pregnancy!

Great prenatal, easy to take and easy on the stomach

Great prenatal! Did a lot of research and these seamed like a good option. My doctor and nurse approve - so far so good! I've been taking for a few months and baby is happy and healthy. My nail and hair also feel great, plus no side effects or nasty after taste.

I’ve been using these for my fourth pregnancy and in my experience, they are the only ones that didn’t make me feel worse. I typically take mine at night because it’s just become part of my routine but it’s had no impact on sleep. I do think there is a distinct smell- I’d describe it as “earthy” which may be an issue for some mama’s with smell sensitivities. The size was easy to swallow, no real taste, consistent color and I’ve noticed my overall energy is better when I take them vs when I forget. I’ve noticed improvements in my hair, nails and skin. Overall, I’d recommend this vitamin for someone looking for a clean prenatal

I really wanted to like these as I have heard so many great things about them. However, after taking them for a month and a half- my body was seriously lacking some key vitamins. Pros: that they contain clean ingredients and do not have a weird smell. Cons: taking three big pills a day, these prenatals do not include a sufficient amount of Zinc, and they do not have fish oil- all of which are essential for fertility and pregnancy. While taking these, I think my body was seriously lacking the fish oil and needed more vitamins than it was providing. It left me very lethargic! Unfortunately had to switch to a brand that contained more vitamins and DHA.
