Not perfect, but well worth reading
This non-conspiracist book by David Icke is worth reading. Quite different in many respects from his later book "The Robots' Rebellion," which i read shortly before reading this one, the book is, especially toward the beginning, largely a standard-issue course in New Age thinking. However, Icke gets somewhat more original as he goes along. As a seeker myself, I found his pursuit of esoteric knowledge and recourse to the spirit world to be fascinating, though I am not at all sure how reliable all the channeled information he provides actually is. (Icke himself admits that, when thought-forms from spirits are translated by the human brain into words, sometimes things gets lost in the translation, and there may be inaccuracies). His account of his world travels and clearing of energy blockages along different ley-lines makes for interesting and, in some places, insightful reading. In some respects, the strongest part of "Truth Vibrations is Chapter 8, "Journey to Aquarius," which he lays out a compelling account of the rise, nature, and fall of Atlantis and its inhabitants, and the major source of the world's evil, which he terms Lucifer or the "Luciferian consciousness." As a Christian, I found his account of Jesus to be very interesting and challenging. However, I am quite skeptical of his claims -- again, based on channeling -- that Joseph of Arimathea was Jesus's biological father, that Jesus had at least three children with at least two women, and that he did not die on the cross but was rather drugged and hidden away to live a long life continuing his work, albeit in obscurity. I realize that I am biased by my faith, but I am not willing to toss out the centuries-old Nicene-Constantinopolitan Creed based on channeled material.Chapters 9 and 10, the final part of the book, are marred by a host of failed/unfulfilled predictions about world catastrophes, with a few accurate predictions thrown in. There is a kind of apocalypticism in this portion of the book that I find somewhat ironic in light of Icke's rejection of the traditional churches. Much of this material did not quite sit well with me, but it is nonetheless worth reading. On the whole, I am happy to recommend this book not only to fans of Icke but to all open-minded spiritual seekers. In particular, I would recommend reading it in conjunction with "The Robots' Rebellion," in which he elaborates on its key themes.

A Hopeful Message
In Truth Vibrations, David Icke tells of his journey from having no special knowledge of uncommon thingsto a person who has experienced extraordinary things and learned important things about our planet Earth and the workings of the Universe. In some areas what Mr. Icke describes about vibrations and the workings of the Universe remind me of ancient Yoga studies. There are some few points in this book which aren't likely accurate. On the whole, David Icke helps to open larger views of life than the common, everyday, socially-engineered,reality that humanity is often subject to. David Icke also gives a positive message about Earth's spiritual life, and about the power of truth. This book has in it a message of hope for a better future for all on Earth, because ofenergies vibrating with the power of truth have been coming to Earth and are continually and increasingly cominghere, on, in, and around Earth.

Good to have this information and his perspective
Good to have this information and his perspective. Everyone has their own perspective on what has been done to humanity and what you do with this information is even more important. It doesn't end there is all I can say. It's part of a tapestry. David snapped me out of what I thought was the only world that exists. There's much more behind the curtain.

Very confused where David Icke stands
Very confused just got finished with David ickes book on everything you need to know but have never been told 700 pages and he discussed in the book about how he feels that the greys are controlling our government and its there a secret society and how much he just like the greys and just got finished with another one of his book truth vibrations and I really feel like he contradicts himself a lot in this first book he wrote in 1993 discusses he feels like aliens Among Us. But they're not here to harm us they are our brothers and sisters so one book He's criticizing the Grays and the first book he wrote he thinks that the greys are brothers and sisters so what happened between 1993 and 2 0 1 7 in the book truth operations claims he's been to Mercury the planet yes it's a hard pill to swallow I would take it as a fictional book no more no less

Good but relatively short book by Icke's standards.
About 20 years now since published it probably represents the stage where the author was learning his book writing trade . All Icke's books are good and this one is no exception . However in comparison to some of his later ' blockbuster ' books I just about give it a four star . In reality I would give it 3.5 out of 5.0 .
