Fits my FUSAN spigot perfectly
I looked online quite a bit to find a vac breaker that could replace the one on my Fusan spigot. Most don't say what brands/models that they are compatible with. But, one review mentioned it worked on their FUSAN, so it's the one I ordered. When I first installed it, it leaked like crazy. I took it off and reinstalled it making sure it wasn't cross threaded (which is very easy to happen). Got it on straight and it is working perfectly.

Easy fix
Works like a charm. Three minutes total to fix. Watched “House Barons on YouTube April 13th, 2021 how to fix water leak from top of outdoor spigot”. Jumped online to check local store apps. Nothing in stock.Amazon delivery by the end of day with a small fee to expedite (even though Prime member). Repair done by dinner.This week temp was almost 100 degrees and the community garden was living on rain barrels and conservation watering for two weeks while I was away. Just got back to soak the garden. Suddenly the anti siphon popped randomly. Yikes!Jumped on YouTube. The listed video is very informative. Including the purpose of the valve and how simple it can be to fix. Thankfully use to checking all apps then Amazon for a part.Very happy with the part. Ease of order and delivery. Fit. Happy customer experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

This is the only one that fits our faucet
There are a lot of caps online and in hardware stores and none of them fits. This is the only one that actually fits our standard outdoor faucet.The threads are very fine so you need to line them up EXACTLY or it will leak, kind of like the gas valve for the stove.Taking off one star for the weak plastic top. It cracked a little when I tightened it.

Yay! This is the RIGHT one!
This is the third one of theirs I have ordered from Amazon. The pictures make it hard to decide if you are getting the right threads and it looks correct. I’m not sure why they made me buy two different ones for one price. I am returning the one I didn’t need and I am keeping the one that actually works! I guess in this case, fourth time is a charm! I screwed it into the faucet and turned on the water, and no leaks! What more can you ask for?

fits but cheaply made
The view they show from the top gives the impression it's better made than it is. A bottom view would show how thin the plastic is. It fits my B&K ASSE1019-A, 2890 faucet but doesn't it appear it would hold up well with time.

Did not fit fusan
No issues other than it did not fit my Fusan spigot like another reviewer said. Went to the store instead.
