MVP Disc Golf Flat LED Tri-lite Disc Golf Lights (Pack of 10)

Good option
Works well on translucent discs, tape the lights to the bottom of the flight plate with the lights against plastic for best illumination, use clear packing tape not the adhesive that comes on it

Easy
Have to use your own tape. Not sure exactly what tape will work the best.

The lights are great but 1 out of the 10 did not work.

The best way to night golf in my opinion, but not happy with the "multicolor" value
The media could not be loaded. I've used a similar product in the past and find it much more convenient than having to constantly recharge glow and lugging around a UV all night. I'm already a MVP advocate, especially eclipse 2.0 (make every disc only in Eglo2.0 please), so I expected this to be better than previous brands that were much cheaper. I can't speak for the solid colors, but the multicolor so far is three different modes of obnoxious, sporadic nonsense. The hard part was making the light small enough for flight, the easy part was programming some sweet smooth color flows. Very disappointed with MVP for charging much more than the competition while providing no evidence of improvement or attention to detail other than putting their name on it. I guess that's why I'm not a business man. I still love the effort to improve the previously pointless eclipse glow! I don't understand why every mvp disc isn't already made in 2.0!

Great for night time practice
Bought these to use for night time practice in a wooded area.Adhesion: I had some issues with them staying on at first. Likely because my disc was not super clean. Packing tape solved this issue. Keep in mind you do not want these popping off when you hit a tree. 2 StarSheerness: I wouldn't call these small by any means. They do have a thickness like a pad of sticky notes. However it did not stop me from using them as intended. 3 StarBattery life: I used 5 of these all winter long over 20 hours of use. They dim before going off. 5 Star. The only other thing I want to call is is where to place them. I originally tried placing them on the bottom. If you disc is not see through put them on the top or you will have a hard time locating your disc when it lands normally. So keep that in mind to save yourself a little headache.

Very bright, but single-sided.
I've used similar, single-LED disc lights before. These are the same size, but are a little thicker and have some other differences. They are much brighter than the ones I'm accustomed to, but single-sided. I'm used to lights that shine from both sides of their circuit boards, but I had to use a little creativity with these, so it wouldn't matter if my disc lands upside-down.I roll a few inches of clear packing tape, glue-side-out, and flatten it to a rectangle about 3/4" x 2". I press that into the underside of my (clean!) disc and press the light down on it so they for a "T". Then tape the light down with two strips of tape overlapping down the center of the light, and squeeze out all the air I can. The lights are bright enough to shine through even a disc you'd consider opaque, and if it lands upside-down that flattened roll of tape under the light acts as a light-pipe, spreading the light out from under, so you can see it easily.I leave the lights flashing in my bag during a round, which may last an hour or more. I don't know what the battery life is yet. I always use them in one of the flashing modes, because if the light is off half the time, it should last twice as long. They are bright enough to be distracting when you're preparing to throw. Tape the light near the edge of the disc, and you can cover it with a hand until the last second.

Great lights! Some pearls though
Been using these for over a year. Great lights but some things to know.1. Some colors are brighter than others. Green, blue and white tend to be the bightest. Even within colors, some lights will be brighter or dimmer, but these three colors are the most consistent and work best.2. No adhesive! Get a quality clear packing tape and adhere them in a warm environment. The packing tape helps keep them waterproof as well.3. The on/off button is between the two LEDs at the end of the light.4. Use clearer plastics! Throwing neutron, titanium, DX, or any non-transparent plastic sucks. Watching the disc fly in the middle of the night is amazing and makes any time playable. Even helps in snow and trying to find the disc.5. Some lights are defective, test each one out! I ordered (10) each of the blue, white and green. White and green are all good, one green is slightly dimmer than the rest, but still bright. The blue however had 2 dead lights and 2 extremely dim ones. When the blue ones shipped, they were in an envelope vs a box. I believe the contacts to the battery break in transit when the lights get folded/bent. Getting them replaced at no cost, but could be frustrating if you ordered 10 lights and needed exactly 10 lights. Would be pretty stupid for Amazon and MVP to keep replacing broken lights and paying the back and forth shipping. Ship in a box or just put a piece of cardboard in the light bag to prevent them from bending...

Funktioniert ....
