I have a stainless steel fridge that’s less than three years old, but rust stains were starting to make it look much older. I finally decided to try Brasso Stainless Steel Cleaner, and I’m honestly impressed. With very little effort, the rust stains came right off and the fridge looks almost new again. Letting the product soak for a bit definitely makes the cleaning even easier and improves the results. I’d say this was cleaned in 15 minutes. The only downside is the strong ammonia smell, so I recommend using it in a well-ventilated area. Other than that, this product delivers amazing results and does exactly what it promises. I’d definitely use it again for tough stainless steel stains.

Works great polishing brass. Be sure to use in ventilated area, strong smelling. Polishes to a nice, bright shine.

Easy to use, sort of like car wax. Shake the bottle, put some on a clothe and rub it on. Let it dry and rub it off. The product will freshen up old brass and give it a luster. The old piece I have looks shinier, but the deep stains are still there. I saw a video by an antique dealer who puts the bras into a vinegar and water solution, then boils it for 30 minutes. This worked great for my antique brass handle.

Great product. Makes polishing brass very easy. I haven’t tried it on other metals yet. It does have a very strong smell, polish in vented area!

I found an old copper teapot at a thrift store that was terribly tarnished! I’d never cleaned copper before, but I knew I could try. I ordered Brasso Multi-Purpose Metal Polish, and it arrived the next day. With a little elbow grease, I started seeing real progress. While cleaning the bottom, I noticed it was stamped “Made in England” with a patent number—turns out it’s from around 1901! What a great find, and this product really helped bring it back to life. The polish is effective, safe to use, in a leak proof bottle and gives a nice shine. That said, even with Brasso, cleaning a badly tarnished item takes time and effort, but the results are worth it. Overall, I’m very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone restoring copper pieces.

Very effective polish for brass: gets the corrosion and gunk off of it so it shines again. I've used it from decorative objects, uniform brass, and machinery to cleaning the copper commutators on motors. This is a new ammonia-based formula which has much stronger fumes than whatever the old formula it replaced had, so use in a well-ventilated area.
