I took this product to Germany with me and it was a lifesaver. I used it for my phone, my hair utensils and all my electronics. It was very convenient to just plug it into the outlet and use one of the converters. I very much recommend it.

I've been searching for a way to get surge protection for the electronics in my home that doesn't require 3-prong outlets, and this fits the bill with its USA/Japan adapter. Unfortunately, I can only use one plug and the USB port is not a "fast" charger. The description states that the outlets are widely spaced, but they are not. Two standard plugs will fit, but not the plugs common to electronics. For example, it will not accept two Samsung phone/tablet chargers, or one Samsung with a security device plug; nor will it accept a TV plug and cable box plug at the same time. None of these plugs is large, but they are all slightly larger than a "standard" plug. The description also states that the USB ports are high-speed. I checked the charge times for the same Samsung device on a standard charger, fast Samsung charger and in this USB. The USB is slightly faster than a standard charger, but double the time of a fast charger. My primary need was the surge protection and it does a great job, even confirming that it's working, and I'll be buying a couple more but with the expectation of only being able to use one outlet.

I purchased this for my trip to Italy and so far it has been working flawlessly. The included adapter for Italian style plug slid easy into the unit and plugged effortlessly into the wall. I'm using this device specifically for my USA 23inch monitor (yes I brought my monitor from home to Italy lol), a Lenovo ThinkPad docking station, Apple iWatch and iPhone power cords, which are plugged into the USB slots.That's 4 devices being powered at the same time. I've been here three weeks so far and (again) it's working perfectly.My daughter has two of these as well and is using them to charge her iPad, SurfacePro, iPhone, and Nintendo Switch.I have not used the provided iPhone charging cable so I can't comment on that.For the price, this can't be beat! Buy some, it well worth it.

Great addition to my travel bag.

After two of my friends could not locate their outlet adapters and I was a few days away from flying to Spain, I bought this online and received it in time to travel overseas. It came with all sorts od adapters to other countries and each piece is clearly marked. Nice touch. I just selected the Euroean adapter and easily slid it into position. Ready for use. When i arrrived in our house rentals in Barcelona, Valencia, and Madrid, I was so happy to see these fit perfectly each time. I was able to use both USB outlets at any time but managed only to use one of the two US electric outlet since the separation of the two outlets are too narrow for two plugs to sit side by side. The size of the converter is a blessing and a detriment. Small for traveling but it also prohibits charging two things through the main outlets at the same time. Overall, I am still happy with the purchase.

Everything one would need for traveling just about anywhere, except voltage conversion, including extra USB ports and built-in cable with adapters (micro USB and Apple Lightning). The LED indicators should help one to be aware of the voltage coming out of the wall in the country one is located, and enable one to change ones device between 110V or 220V (if the device has such a switch).The trade-off for the versatility and capabilities is a bit of bulkiness, mostly unavoidable though due to the size of the plug adapters needed to fit receptacles around the world.The built-in USB cable wraps and is held in place with a molded-in “holder” for its end, as are the two cable-end adapters which have their own holders molded into the adapter’s edges — None of the holders are all that secure however, so the little cable adapters are probably easy to knock loose and get lost...

Nice to have the option to swap out different types of plugs and convert to 110 standard outlet. I bought it for Albanian outlets, but ended up needing the Euro adapter - luckily it was in there. Be sure to understand this does not step down the voltage to make sure you know what the power requirements are. A buddy fried a US extension cord that wasn't rated for 220.Was great to be able to use USB and multiple outlets - was for a military exercise and several people were able to use it at the same time.

The device itself is easy to use and comes with pretty much every option you could need. There even an indicator light to specify the voltage so you don’t plug in the wrong item (even though most electronics these days can take either 110V or 240V). My only gripe is that my specific item came without the iPhone adapter in the box. The microUSB is integral and the USB-c adapter is present, but the iPhone one is absent. Really my only gripe and easily overcome by using my own cable, but I’m disappointed all the same.
