Fast delivery time with brand new condition. The range of this intercom system was a very important factor. With the range of 1.5 miles we were very impressed with the clarity of the intercom speaker. There was no interference with the long range which was very impressive. Another great thing about this is how easy the buttons to communicate will be for my elderly mum to use. One of the nice thing about this system is that it has a nice ring that you can hear across the house, it would even be able to be heard if I was vacuuming and my child called for me. The setup for this intercom system was very simple it was very laid out, simple easy instructions. I was able to set up the product in a only a minute. A very important aspect of this intercom is that it is compact and doesn’t take up too much space. It also has a nice look and design, it is very simple and doesn’t stand out. We as a family highly recommended this product due to its ease, reliability and affordable price.

Works OK but what we wanted was a handsfree reply. No good replying if hands full of pastry or using computer when called . Believe "Full Duplex" is what its called . Press Button reply not for us.

I have six existing units (HY-810) that I purchased early last year and all of which worked together, three purchased in January 2020 and three more in early February 2020. In March of this year (2021), I purchased four more of the same identical units bringing my total to ten. I found that the four new units, though they will satisfactorily intercommunicate with one another, they will unfortunately not communicate with any of my existing six units.I sent an initial e-mail explaining the incompatibility to Hosmart on [email protected] and following e-mail and phone correspondence with Hosmart, I found them helpful and supportive in resolving the incompatibility issue to my satisfaction.

bought three of these, two in the house and one in the shed, not sure hubby likes it, cause instead of having to march down the garden to get him out of his shed, I just push a button, you have to wait a second to talk but have never had a problem with it, and saves a lot of time.

Easy to setup right out of the box, plug and play, no pairing or faffing about. Great sound quality and range. Easy to use, call and monitor functions are very useful. Save ear ache as stops my mrs bawling up the stairs to our teenage daughter to come and get her dinner. A1 5*

Wanted an intercom between my Garden room (home office) and house. About 30ft from each other. Could barely get this to work and when it did quality was awful. I have no idea how this could work over 1/2 a mile. Tried it for a couple of days, gave up and returned it to Amazon.

Don't know why this product is highly rated. Plugged first one in and the wall plug flashed and took the trip out on our distribution board. Not a great start. Never mind I thought we have usb sockets so can use that and sure enough the power came up. The second station is less than 20 yards away and the reception is hopeless. Sometimes doesn't transmit voice info at all and when it does sounds like a 1950's radio. Tried to use this for our annex where 2 our elderly relatives live. It's so frustrating, have to repeat yourself several times before the message is understood. Really is a pain to use. In this day and age with Alexa and all these personal assistants that are full duplex using this is like going back in time. This should be so easy, but isn't. Going back as not fit for purpose.

Not sure this was what I was looking for in an intercom.
