I have spent a considerable amount of time researching coil nailers suitable for siding applications. While the market offers a limited selection, the Metabo model consistently emerged as the preferred choice among professionals. Although the initial investment was substantial, I patiently awaited a favorable opportunity and ultimately acquired one. While resale value was a consideration, having now utilized it to side the entirety of the house I am constructing, I would not consider parting with it, even for double the price. Its lightweight design, effortless loading mechanism, and consistently reliable performance, right from the initial use, have been truly impressive. It is undoubtedly a valuable asset. I anticipate employing it in numerous future projects. I am exceedingly pleased with this product, and the complimentary repair or replacement service provided by Rocano Home Construction LLC in New York is greatly appreciated. The ease of use, speed, warranty, dependability, quality, comfort, features, power, and weight all contribute to its excellence. Great price works great. Done a few siding and fence jobs with it and no issues.

I've got a project lined up for this gun. Give me a few days and let's see how she holds up. I will post back on my experience. Amazon had the gun to me in one day, outstanding service. I contacted Metabo on what I thought was a potential issue with the air plug being deflected a bit. I thought maybe this was a design defect. But, the technical department at Metabo, with a super helpful man Gary, went to his boss and showed him my pics and I was told it was designed this way on purpose to cause a bit of a deflection of the hose away from the magazine for the ease of installation of the coil nails. It seemed reasonable to me so the genuine test is how does it hold up over the next few days of me putting on siding. I will post after the project and let you know how it went. Update: Great gun, this gun has not jammed yet. Half a box of nails. I would definitely buy Hitachi-Metabo again. Has a good feel in the hand, good balance. I like the Aluminum hook its durable and nice and wide to hang or retrieve easily without a fight from ladders, rafters, rails, etc. You will not be disappointed with this gun. I purchased this one over the Max gun. I have used both and both are excellent guns. I wanted to see if Metabo was living up to the Hitachi reputation I think they are doing alright.

Works very well, easy to adjust and hold a lot of nails, so more uptime. Light weight and nice belt hook.

This gun runs exceptionally well. I’ve put the better part of 1000 rounds through it without a single jam. Now, if Matabo would make a case for it I’d be a purchaser for sure. Great gun, buy with confidence.

Just re sided my house with this gem. Never a hickup using metabo galv nails. Still looks like new. Oil daily!

Used 1 day. Gun continuously miss fired. Would only use half a roll of nails, then stop feeding them to be fired. Finally (thank god) the gun jammed so bad I could not get it to open. Bought a new gun locally. Used for the rest of the project. No jams and it feed the whole roll of nails. It was a different brand. Sent the metabol back. Would definitely not buy!,

Excellent quality siding nailer, saved so much time from having to reload nails compared to my standard framing nailer. It is very light weight, surprising actually. Ran the unit for several days already without a single issue, no misfires, no double feeds and no jams. Love this nailer.

If you blasting paralams all day go with the big brother to this(83a) but for banging walls and ply sheeting this is the one.20 year house framer.
