Book good, kindle version does not give real page number. Very inconvenient for citation purposes.

I think the content of the book is really good but I can't figure out how to find the print version page number. As I need to site this book for my thesis, this is most unhelpful.So, content of the book is great, Kindle edition not helpful at all for the purposes of citation.that is why I give two stars
