Unlike regular granola bars, these are meal bars. Which is good for me. I am a diabetic and sometimes have to eat something fairly quickly if I know my blood sugar is dropping. This is perfect because it not only brings my blood sugar up; it lasts and keeps me from getting hungry too soon as it has a lot of protein. Hence it really can substitute for a meal. Being Special K, it is low in fat as well.

If you’re on a diet, you better have really strong willpower. These protein bars are so delicious! They are definitely worth the money and you know you’re getting a quality product because it’s from Special K.

I tried the Special K Protein Meal Bars the protein content is great, I wasn't a fan of the peanut pieces. They were quite dry and didn't add the texture I was hoping for. Overall, the bar is filling, but the dry peanuts were a bit of a turn-off for me. Would prefer a different flavor or texture next time.

Love bought these instead of expensive protein bars my dad loves these so much more
