The dividers in this caddy only go down about an inch, which is a much worse design flaw than we thought when buying this.* If you put silverware in head-down (e.g. forks and spoons), it becomes almost impossible to pull them out because they get tangled with each other and with other implements in the other parts of the caddy. So you pretty much have to store them head-up, which is less hygienic and also makes them annoying to pull out.* Small things fall in and are never seen again, except when they haunt you by tangling up your other silverware and making it hard to remove.After using this caddy in our household for about 6 months, I think we're ready to give up and buy something else. The easy-clean features are nice, but not worth it for the absolutely crap design. Too many headaches.Two stars because the materials are nice and it's a solid piece of manufacturing.

Product appears to be relatively well made. It is somewhat difficult, however to remove the plastic insert from the stainless sleeve. Also of concern is that the plastic insert is very short (less than two inches) letting smaller items fall to the bottom of the holder. Would be better if divider had more flexibility.

Small items cross sides and you pick it up the bottom disconnects and everything falls down...

Not tall enough for kitchen utensils okay and too tall for regular spoons and forks

Small size cutlery cannot be stored properly. They will be pushed inside and hidden. Difficult to take them out

Bought for the camper, looks good, works great!

Easy to clean, looks great and serves its purpose perfectly.
