Rhode Island Novelty Inflatable 12 Inch Multicolored Beach Balls, Set of 12

We went on a decently long beach vacation and spent many, many days at the beach with our kids. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on beach balls, although I knew it would be fun to have something for my youngest to toss around. These are not very big, but it was perfect for our youngest kiddo, and I got them at the "add-on" price, which made it very reasonable for 12. The package was small and easy to toss into my suitcase for travel. Being as they are fairly small at 12", we could quickly blow them up without getting winded, and I figured if we popped one or lost one here and there during the vacay...who cares? There's plenty more for spares!As it turns out, we only lost one to a windy day at the beach while playing in the waves, so we had 11 left. We simply inflated another and it lasted the rest of the vacation with heavy use, so they are reasonably sturdy for kids. We had another much larger beach ball that we've had for years, and it turned out that we never used that one and just used these. Even when inflated, they don't take up much space and they are easy for little kids to carry around. I gave away a couple of them to my 3 year old niece and nephew afterwards, and they had a blast with them, too. We go swimming often, so we will be using one here and there for that, as well. These beach balls are clearly for smaller kids, and I am planning on getting more to hand out as kiddo party favors for later. Hopefully anyone that orders these will make note that these are 12" and NOT anywhere close to the size of a standard beach ball for older kids/adults.Overall? The price was right, we still have plenty leftover for later, much fun was had, and these were perfect for our use.***UPDATE***My youngest son still uses the same one from vacation on a near-daily basis. We have deflated it and have blown it back up hundreds of times, and have used it in lots of hotel pools, at the Y, and he even puts it in his bathtub. For months it has been sat on, poked at, floated on, tossed around, punched around, etc and it just won’t die, lol. We still have the spares! I am shocked at how sturdy and robust these are.

I got these to put into the goody bags at my daughters 11 birthday party. This was a pool party so these seemed to be a perfect gift. The kids loved them. They are small so they do not over fill the pool when there are ten kids in there. The kids ranged in ages from 4-11. The big kids loved them as much as the little kids. I kept a special one for my daughter and had all the attendees sign it in permanent marker. She loved this idea. That way she would always know who was at her party this year. These came on time and were neatly packaged. I would recommend for any type of out door party.

Loved these! They were perfect for my son's first birthday (beach themed). I was able to attach some string and hang half of them and stack the others together with some tape and use as table decorations. And when we were done they were just the right size for my little guys hands to play with in the water! I was genuinely surprised by the quality of the balls as well, they had great color and were very durable. I'm also a teacher and I will be able to use these as classroom decorations and props in the future too, so definitely got my money's worth out of them.

Purchased these for my students for an end of the year gift. They seemed very thin but thee priced just right for me to be able to purchase one for each student. We did not inflate them so I am unable to rate them on that but overall nice end of the year gift!

These are smaller than expected, perhaps due to my own misunderstanding of how they'd be measured. I expected them to be 12" high, but they are 6" tall when inflated, 12" measured all the way around the equator, if you will. Again, largely my own fault there. Just be aware these are "miniature" or small compared to what you usually think of for a beach ball (see photo of ball in my 3-year-old's hands). The larger problem is that there were only 11 balls in the bag, and there should have been a full dozen.

Despite being small, these balls are able to provide a lot of exuberant, random fun.There are a dozen of them in a pack, which I didn't realize at all when purchasing but was tickled to discover.They can literally been blown-up in one, comfortable breath, almost a sigh of relief as you observe the colors expanding and decide what to do with this kind, inflatable orb. I like to throw a few in my backpack and see where the day takes me.Novelty is key here: these little weirdos offer you a chance to surprise and lightly exoticize an otherwise dull afternoon.

These are not beach ball size. They are not 12 inch diameter when inflated. I have order this exact same set twice in the past and they' were significantly larger, a true 12 inches when inflated. These are barely larger than a softball.

Purchased this as a party favor give away at my child care open house. It was an instant hit for the kiddos. It was easy to blow up (The 3, 4 and 5 year olds were blowing them up in mere seconds). Once they blew them up they remained blown up even days later. They were able to play with them and created many games using them. The colors were vibrant and the material didn't feel so cheap. It is a great price and definitely would last in water. My children also played with them on the grass and concrete with no problems or issues with them popping or losing air.
