Solid, heavy duty, good value for an inexpensive piece of rigging
I have to lift 400# a few times a year, and didn't want to shell out $75 at the boating store. I don't need carbon fiber, and I'm not trying to color match to teak! These are a good value, simple, very solid. A 1/4" stainless bolt is used for the sheave instead of a bearing. Likewise on the swivel, a 1/4" stainless bolt is used.Picture below shows 3/8" double braid. One pulley bound when I recieved it. There was a piece of gravel stuck inside and when I removed it - worked fine.

Close enough
These blocks are the closest thing I could find to suit my needs -- I wanted to make my own "Block & Tackle". Unfortunately, there are NO affordable blocks that have the 2nd Attachment Point that is needed to tie off the other end of the rope. So, we are forced to anchor that end of the rope to the same Anchor Point that the top Block is attached to. It works, but is an UN-necessary extra step.I had to OIL the pulleys -- they Squeak -- bone dry. I bought an Amarine 1/2" Nylon Double-Braid rope, and it fits the pulleys perfectly. That rope is soft & pliable, & has a "Safe Working Load" of 960 Lbs -- I won't be lifting anything half as heavy as that. A 35-foot length of rope gives about 7-8 feet of vertical lift, and that should handle most of my needs. To compute the force required to lift 960 Lbs, divide 960 by 4 = 240 Lbs. Then add 10% of 960 = 96 Lbs to estimate Friction. So, 240 + 96 = about 350 Lbs of force to lift 960 Lbs. This is a useful formula to ESTIMATE how much ACTUAL mechanical advantage you'll get from the block & tackle. These stainless steel pulleys are fairly well-made, and my new block & tackle works very well.

Strong and well built
Built a double pulley block and tackle to single man load lawn mower up ramps. Worked like a charm!

Low price with high friction.
I liked the size of the pulleys and the fact they were made out of stainless steel. When I configured a 2 or4 pully system with them they had a heavy pull per pound. The pully flopped over on the pin to contact the side. I replaced one pully with a old unit from the 1970's and lowered the pull by 8 lbs, however this pully is too large to use. Any side load really ups the force to pull on the rope. They will work for me but they need to be made better.

Good quality product
This set of 2 double-pulleys is a good value for a quality product.

Don't work very well.
A couple of double pulleys should make a load a lot easier to move. These appear to be missing a ball bearing or two, which means that when they're loaded you have to overcome their resistance in addition to moving the load. I have found them to be very disappointing in that regard.

Strong and decent design
Well built but could be better. No reason for all that space between bearing wheels and housing. Seems very solid overall.
