This is great stuff!! IF You READ and FOLLOW the directions it will not streak and will last a good week. Before applying, make sure to shower and exfoliate at NIGHT, preferably right before bedtime. (If you do this in the morning or daytime it does not have time to set properly!!) If you shave your legs beforehand make sure to rinse, your whole body and especially your shaved legs, with COLD water at the end of your shower. This will close your pores and you won't get brown discoloration spots at your shaving sites. Apply it with the mitt right after your shower and it will apply much smoother as your skin is softer and more supple. Just like applying body lotion after you shower, it soaks in easier. It's quick drying so you don't have to wait but a few minutes before putting on your pjs. I do my legs last and find that my top half is dry by the time I finish with my legs. I throw on my top and wait a few minutes to put on my shorts or bottoms. That's it! It doesn't stain my sheets and there is only a little discoloration on the back neck of my top in the morning. Also, I do NOT shower the next morning but wait until that evening or even the following morning. This will really help set the application and make the color last. People's reviews that complain it sucks aren't following the directions. I cannot stress enough to READ and FOLLOW the directions! If you apply this in the morning or during the daytime it will come off and streak as you wash your hands or splash water on any treated areas of your skin! Also, don't use your body scrubby between applications, use shower gel or soap only. This may sound like it's a pain to use, it's really not. It really works, looks natural and lasts IF you READ and FOLLOW the directions! I will be using this all summer long! Highly recommended!!

If you're super pale, like me, and for whatever reason contemplating purchasing this product to help yourself look less pale - you've come to the right place.I am a woman of NW European descent and glowing white. I spend very little time in direct sunlight. I still would like to look less glowing white so I thought about trying self tanners. I purchased several different brands of self-tanners from drug stores and such. None worked well. They were either blotchy, speckled, or WAY too orange.After searching online for the top reviewed tanning products I found this tanner. I purchased this product for the first time in 2020. Once it arrived I read the directions and went to work. I made sure to exfoliate well before showering to ensure the longest possible results. I started with my face. I know, I know... I just went all in. Next I moved to my legs, torso, arms, and had my spouse help with my back. Application is super easy. Spray the microfiber glove and apply. I applied a tiny amount and let it sit for 6 hours. I did shower after that because I found it a bit sticky around my crows feet.I had a descent tan after one application. Not overly noticeable but a nice, subtle tan. Minimal orange tinting. Lasted 3 days.Second time I applied I waited 4 hours and applied a second layer and it was TOO intense of a tan. Still not very orange but too much of a change for me.Third time I applied one application, showered after 6 hours, and repeated this for the next 3 days. I ended up with a nice even tan, still not much in the way of orange, but there was a little orange to it.I have been using this since and am relatively happy. I'm a very fair-skinned person and my skin is always pastey white before summer begins. This product works wonders and gives my skin a very natural tan and I always get compliments when I use it. This product does not make you look orange and it does not turn age spots orange. I like to shower and use it the night before an event and then again on the day of the event to give me an even darker tone. I know that there is a darker bronze offered but I have not tried that one yet. This product does somewhat stay on after a no-soap shower but it definitely fades. ONE THING TO CONSIDER... while wearing a white golf skort and sweating, some of the color did transfer to the skorts leaving a brownish hue to the white. After that happened I just stopped using it too high on my legs when wearing white.
