I have tried for years to find LED lights for this vintage brass floor lamp. Every time I ended up turning it on and being blinded by harsh overly blue light, and returning them. Not these! They are very bright which I like but they also have a lovely warm glow to them. They’re keepers! It’s an extra plus to not have the heat of incandescent bulbs now that it’s spring.

As long as they work, I’m happy. The size is correct and the wattage was perfect. Easy purchase and they arrived well packed and in one piece.

2 year update below.I bought 2 packs of these G25 bulbs for two bathrooms vanity lights above the mirrors (6 lights in each fixture) to complete our transition to all LED bulbs. I love smart home lights and gadgets but felt it was unnecessary to have bathroom lights be smart bulbs. Bathroom lights need reliability and honestly, smart home devices, features, and WiFi aren’t always reliable. The pandemic has showed just how true that is with almost daily internet outages. So, just as I don’t want smart bathroom bulbs, I also don’t have, nor do I want a dimmer switch in the bathrooms; I just want instant turn on and off energy efficient bulbs. My search for “G25 Edison led bulbs” yielded results of all dimmable bulbs. And most had reviews that mentioned humming sounds and other problems that I wanted no part of. When I finally found these and the great reviews I was elated! Couldn’t believe how hard it was to locate non-dimmable LED Edison lights in this size.All 12 bulbs arrived intact and functioning with a nice Edison pattern. I have a fairly large master bathroom and these lights are perfection in there. The size of the room definitely changes how they look in terms of brightness. They show you what you really look like and I would say these are in between daylight and bright warm light in the master bathroom. My other bathroom I installed these in is smaller and oh boy, are they bright! No way would I refer to them as warm. Almost too bright! But great to actually see yourself. Having to use 6 bulbs together contributes to them working as daylight brightness.Overall, I’m ecstatic over the look and output of these bulbs and highly recommend them! As for longevity, I’ve only had them a few days and that has yet to be seen.UPDATE 2 years later June 2022: All but one light are still fully functioning. The one (out of 12) not functioning still lights but is very dim. Also, would like to note that the too bright we felt in our smaller bathroom initially, disappeared within a week. Our brains and eyes got trained to the new bulbs. The pic attached is from now, two years later.

What more can I say. I got the 40w version to replace existing incandescent vanity bulbs. They look just like the old bulbs, but with significantly better life, as well as reduced heat and power consumption.

I never thought I could get excited about light bulbs, but these lights are incredible! Esthetically they are more beautiful than the incandescent lights they replace because they have a much larger light emitting element. The light is soft, not white, yet the light intensity in the room is much higher but without glare, and easy on the eyes. When I look in the mirror, I can see many more details of my face than before, including more wrinkles, but that indicates good visibility. With 13.5 year MTBF and 1/10 the power consumption of incandescents, I am thrilled!

We have 3 bathrooms requiring 20 bulbs total of this size. Easy shipping and installation with great results. I probably will not be around to see if they last their predicted life. If they do I would give them a 5 star.

I have these kind of lights in my home, brought these to continue, but being in my kitchen over the sink, they flicker and are not bright enough even with the fixture having 3 outlets. Missed my window to return, not something you would know, buyer beware!

These were fine for warmth and brightness. Unfortunately, they showed up dirty and scratched.
