I was turned onto this brand, actually through the friend of a friend who is from Ireland, and was told it was all they drink. They wouldn’t think of drinking one of our ordinary American teas. Once you’ve had real Irish “ordinary “tea like this it will become your daily drinker. I steep my bag for no more than 60 seconds and it makes all the difference for a delicious cup. Barry’s is now my go-to for a great cup of tea. I have enjoyed all the varieties and liked them all.

For my taste, the best black tea on the market. First had this tea in Ireland, and with the exception of a cup of green now and then, I drink this tea on a daily basis. Best blend of black teas I have ever experienced.

I prefer English tea as it is not as bitter or strong. I steeped it for a minute only and it was potent.I also wish the bags were individually wrapped for freshness as I won't get through the box for quite awhile. Probably won't purchase again. It is an acquired taste.
