Good safe no complaints feels pretty solid
Tried numerous safes and I found this one perfect for my use case, I'm sure there are better safes but this one is great for my use and I can't complain.

Affordable In Room Security
The media could not be loaded. The combination keypad and the ability to use a key lock is incredibly wonderful when you don’t have time to remember the changing combinations. This is great for any student dorm.

This safe is heavy and once bolted into wall is very secured.

ordered to fit the space I had available, the only downside is the need to re-enter the combination both to open or close. Designed for the hotel experience and the ability to change the combination each time it is used. Other than that, great build and does exactly what I wanted it to do.

The safe arrives locked. In order to open it you need a code, however, you can't enter a code because the safe is locked. The manual online said to enter the code on the key. That just locked me out of the safe for 5 minutes but didn't open it. I have emailed customer service at Honeywell and left 5 phone messages and they don't call back or respond.I cannot recommend this product.

Good, with one MAJOR flaw
Safe arrived on time and in good condition.Easy to unpack and easy to set up. Comes with mounting screws, a felt pad to minimize noise, and two keys. The safe uses a user defined code to open, and requires the same code to lock.Now the flaw… (and the reason for losing two stars in the rating)Once the code has been programmed, if the code is ‘fat fingered’ or a wrong code is entered when unlocking, it doesn’t open, and even locks after too many bad entries. That part is awesome.What isn’t awesome, is that if you fat finger the code when locking, you just changed the code.This seems, well, silly. It does not account for human error.And yes, this happened to me.Efforts to resolve this proved problematic, so, for the time being, I’ve got a very expensive lock box.This is probably because it was designed for use in hotels where the code is changed frequently.Of course, you may be smarter than I, and never Mickey the locking code.
