I have rough hands, do these stick/grab on to rough hands as others I’ve used?

These are made of the highest quality microfiber and have a smooth soft feel to these cleaning cloths. I can't say if they would stick or grab on your rough hands but the OVERSIZE quality of these cloths make them easy to use.

what spray cleaner to you use with these?

I just purchased eScreen liquid spray screen cleaner for use on my new 65" Sony A8H 4K HD OLED TV and it works great. No streaks or smears. You spray it lightly on a quality microfiber cloth (4 included with the cleaner). You get one 6 oz bottle and three 2 oz bottles. I use it on all delicate surfaces...TV screen, phone,tablet, infotainment screen in my car, glasses, sun glasses, and have even used it to clean a mirrowed wall in my home. It's really good stuff. 👍👍

Do you wash with just plain water?

Yes, short answer. You can use a mild hand dishwashing solution but not necessary since dirt and oils cannot penetrate microfiber. They remain on the surface and can be washed off with plain tap water.
