Joe WicksHydration Sports Bottle Raspberry 500ml

I opened the first of 2 water bottles, & there was a strong unpleasant smell. A s per instructions, they were washed in washing up liquid, rinsed & dried. Unfortunately the first bottle used had a smell when l drank out of it. I repeated the process with bottle number two & the same smell. These bottles have been washed on numerous occasions since they arrived. They cannot be used due to the unpleasant smell. I have previously been very happy with the Joe Wicks water bottles.How should l return them please ?

This water bottle had a very strong chemical smell. I wasn't prepared to drink anything from it, even after washing well! I've had many of these type bottles before and none of them had such a strong odour. Would not recommend to anyone.
