I spent my savings on a new audio amplifier for my stereo....all was well- except for the included 3.5 mm trigger cable; which was cheap, flimsy and thin, and when plugged in, the stock cable caused the amp to make a cackle sound ---the stock cable was awful.So, hurrah!...I found this trigger cable on Amazon.It arrived today ...it is at the highest quality, a heavy gauge, a beautiful blue rubber sleeve, and the connectors are solid, and have a square grip to grab onto ....the cable lays flat and looks professional.My highest recommendations for this cable! ....don't hesitate... buy this one it fits solid and triggers perfect.

There is nothing special about this cable, it is a simple mono cable with male ends on both sides.This is not what you want if you are trying to hook up an iPod to your car stereo.I used this cable to hook up my home theater receiver to my subwoofer to turn it on and off. In this configuration it just sends an on and off signal to the sub so that it is not constantly on and wasting energy.It works great for that.

I use these to 12 volt trigger a set of power amps out of standby. Nice build quality at a reasonable price. Heavy enough to lie where you place them and thick enough to not link up and look cheesy. I also like the fact that they're available in several lengths, thereby addressing configurations where the amps are unequal distances from the trigger.

Good quality mono cables are hard to find and this is just that. I was a little reluctant to buy the blue, but now it is nice to have that plugged into my receiver as now I know which cables are running my trigger wires for my amps and receivers.

This works great for turning on my amp . Had a cheap cable that wouldn’t always work without wiggling. This cable fits tighter

As said in the title I purchased this cable to use with an amp as a trigger that is connected to my AV receiver to turn the amp on and off as the receiver turns on and off. Works perfectly for this.

Did not work when connected between my brand new Win 10 laptop and my speaker. Any other 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable I have works fine.

Nice cable! Very good quality. I'm using it as a 12V trigger from my preamp to turn on my amplifier.
