Different operation for different steps!
Ordered to fix a problem, ended up replacing control board, but glad I had on hand, different models use different switches! Some are magnetic open and some are magnetic close!

The first switch sent to me was the wrong switch in a bag with the right part #. A quick-email and I had the right switch the next day. I was very impressed with the way everything was handled. My motorhome step is working just fine now.

Perfect for ACE RV
Used to repair the door switch on a 2014 Thor ACE 29.2 RV. The steps were operating intermittently. Exact replacement for the original switch. Cost much less than a trip to the RV dealer for repair. Steps work perfect now.

Be sure you buy the right part!!
Delivered on time and part worked except it worked backwards. When we shut our door the stairs went out and when we opened the door the steps went in. This was not a problem of the part or seller. We just didn’t realize this particular model was backwards to what we needed. Seller was very good to refund our money. Thank you very much!

Confusing
Switch was great and delivered very quickly. Had to return product / this open / closed switch junk is about as confusing as anything I have dealt with. Ended up my RV steps are closed instead of open. After three attempts finally bought correct switch.
