No after sales service and comes with devious warranty policy
I recently purchased the Cheston Cordless Drill Driver Kit with 24 accessories on Amazon, and I must say I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service.After using the drill driver only three times, it completely stopped working. Naturally, I reached out to the customer service, only to discover that there is no option for speaking to a representative directly. The only avenue available is through WhatsApp, and to my dismay, my request was promptly declined with the explanation that they only cover manufacturing defects. This raises the question: what is the point of having a warranty if it doesn't cover basic malfunctions?The lack of a proper customer care line is frustrating, and being redirected to a local service shop for repairs feels like a cop-out. If I wanted to go through the hassle of finding and dealing with a local service shop, I wouldn't have bothered purchasing a product with a warranty in the first place.The product's abrupt failure after just a few uses is indicative of poor quality, and the company's unwillingness to address the issue is unacceptable. I expected more from a supposedly reputable brand like Cheston. I regret this purchase and would caution others against investing in a product that not only fails to live up to its promises but also lacks adequate customer support
