Just like the commercials- this stuff actually works. I don't know why, and I don't care, but after 30 full days, 3 pills a day, things changed...no more problems fully emptying and much stronger stream. LOL. I've now taken prostagentix for well over a year. If I stop for a week or two symptoms come back, but within 3/4 days back on the protocol, I'm back to normal. Buy it, it works.

From my experience, it is effective for its intended purpose: the number of bathroom visits and the urgency were noticeably reduced while it was being taken. Because of the initial misunderstanding about what it does, the person stopped using it. My main advice: read the label and product description carefully before purchasing. If your goal is to lower urinary frequency and urgency, this could work. As always, check with a doctor if you have prostate issues or take other medications. My first purchase of ProstaGenix was on July 23, 2025. Today is January 10, 2026. The product began to show effectiveness in late December 2025! However, I am now experiencing clear and concerning adverse reactions, including rash, itching, and hives. After experiencing these symptoms, I researched the product further. The company's official materials state that there are no known side effects unless a user is allergic to one of the ingredients. However, independent sources indicate that some users have reported allergic-type reactions or sensitivities, particularly to herbal extracts contained in the product. Reported symptoms include: Rash, itching, and hives Swelling Dizziness Difficulty breathing (rare, but possible in true allergic reactions) The above are KNOWN side affects! These are serious reactions. The absence of a clear and specific warning on the product labeling or promotional materials is unacceptable. Consumers have the right to be clearly informed of potential risks, especially allergic reactions that may develop over time rather than immediately. At a minimum, this product should clearly and prominently warn about possible allergic side effects and include a list of herbal ingredients that are known to cause allergic reactions or sensitivities. Failing to disclose this information puts consumers at unnecessary risk and represents a significant safety concern.

Works pretty good

Great, just trying to find the bathroom in a pitch-dark room was a challenge, HA HA no more having to get up at night.

The effect is slow but sturdy improvements. Experienced no side effects.

I am 75 and it took FIVE months for me to go from peeing every 2 hours (that’s 4 times a night) to peeing only once a night (every 4-5 hours). I did notice changes in my flow and frequency during the day after 3 months, but it was the night trips that were bothering me. I find that taking the tablets at 8pm each evening has the greatest impact on my night time trips to the bathroom. Note that all of the bad reviews are from people expecting to see a change within the first month. It seems that the more tablets you take (over time) the better the results.
