LG Nexus 5 Trendy Studded Rock Chic Purse Style Wallet Case - By Covert (Tartan)

The case arrived just as pictured (I ordered the red tartan one). After using it for one day, I have two issues with it.First, the wrist strap placement: this is essentially attached to the bottom of the case. Your phone is well secured, so that's not an issue, but the three slots for your ID, credit card, etc, are being carried around upside down if you use the wrist strap, which I see as a big potential issue for cards slipping out of the case.Second, I removed my phone from the case this morning, and the actual plastic case which secures your phone is so brittle that the phone case clip bit began pulling away from the rest of the case. It is now pulled up/ripped off at all four corners, so I imagine it's only a matter of time before it separates completely.I'm still giving this case three stars as the product was true to appearance, and the cost is low enough that I suppose I got what I paid for.

Nexus 5 fits nicely and feels secure. Would be nice if there is a hole to expose the notification blinking light, as I cannot see if I get new notifications when I have phone on silent. The studs don't serve any purpose, except maybe to destroy the other things in my purse. The most horrible thing is that leathery chemical smell when I open its package (mmm, cancer). I hope it goes away soon.

Got here faster than a Prime shipment has ever came. High quality case and I feel that it protects my phone very well.

I love it and it is cute. Doesn't protect the phone too well. Dropped my phone and it shattered the screen while in the case. Wallet doesn't close if cash is inside. Cards fall out easy. But good for style and a night out!
