I liked this package except for pom poms as they were not easy to do but the ballons and rest of it was great. My wife was overwhelmed when she came into the house. Worth the effort

Easy display builder
Tissue pom-poms were very difficult to create and looked pretty bad. Otherwise the display was great and excellent value for money
