Healthy Breakfast!
I recently learned that steel cut oats are so much better for you than other oats. They take a little longer to cook, but there are so many delicious recipes and it is totally worth the extra time. Try it in the instant pot and enjoy the health benefits of a more whole food!

Quality Oatmeal
Excellent if your Gluten Free Price was the same if you bought in stores. Can’t find the gluten free Bob’s Red Mill oatmeal in the stores so I am happy Amazon had it.

LOVE THESE
I bought these to eat nearly every day as part of a Peruvian plant dieta in the jungle, thinking I'd never want to eat again after I got back. But I've had them nearly every day since, albeit with a little salt and cinnamon and consistently enjoy the perfect portions. Worth the extra time it takes to prepare over my usual instant stuff.

Excellent Quality
I enjoy steel-cut oats every day for breakfast. Recently, I decided that as often as I eat them, I should go organic. I usually buy 25-lb bags at a time. I found an online provider with the bulk buy and a good price. However, the oats cooked up like baby food. 25 lbs of baby food. My thriftiness sometimes gets the best of me. The groats were cut too small, probably for quicker cooking—gross. So despite the higher price, I tried Bob's and am delighted with the product. Perfect cut, excellent flavor.

Delicious and gluten free
I can make this and it turns out great every time. And it is safe for my celiac husband.
