Helps with Anxiety and is Alcohol-Based (Not Glycerin)
I originally bought this tincture to help me with sleep. It did help me fall asleep but didn't always help with staying asleep. I ended up going back to medication for sleep, but I recently started taking this chamomile tincture for anxiety and it really helps me to be calmer and focused. I find it does wear off by the evening, so sometimes I have to take a second dose. A huge selling point for me for this brand is that the chamomile tincture is alcohol-based. I have a strong sensitivity to glycerin and I cannot ingest it without getting sick. Many toothpastes and herbal extracts/tinctures use glycerin as the base (rather than alcohol). This is very problematic for me as it's not always clear which tinctures/extracts have glycerin and which ones have alcohol. This particular tincture is safe and effective for me. Note: not all of their products are alcohol-based, but thankfully this one is. I'm very happy with my purchase.

No need for a chill pill here!
I found out about this through an article I came across regarding natural alternatives to pharmaceutical anxiety meds. It’s chammoile and I drink that kind of tea already so I figured since the price is great, why not give it a try. I am so glad I did!! It tells you to dilute a dropper full in some water. No the taste isn’t absolutely fantastic but who cares, it’s just a tiny bit and is not horrible. I can say this works FANTASTIC!!! It calms my anxiety and stops the racey heart feeling I get. I feel calm cool and collected - most importantly aware and fully present unlike the pharmaceutical prescription anxiety pills which are known to make you feel drowsy, out of it or spacey feeling. No thank you that is not how I want to be nor put that junk in my body. I prefer all natural and highly recommend you give the chamomile a try!!

I've tried alot of supplements for anxiety and this is by far the best!
This stuff is great! I've tried Chamomile tea before and it was beneficial for anxiety but this extract is so potent and effective that I think it's going to be alright now as far as my anxiety goes and that's on just the first dose I've tried! By far the best supplement for anxiety and I've tried alot of supplements, this and my Choline Bitartrate supplement is a good combo.

No adverse side effects
I have problems sleeping and this is my second bottle of chamomile. I drink it in some water at night. Other things like valerian root and ashwaganha have effects on the kidneys and I don't use them anymore. I noticed that chamomile doesn't. It is a very slight relaxation in the night. But it really does not help me to sleep. But it slightly helps without having effects on my kidneys as others do have. Not a big bottle so I don't feel that it's the best value for the money. It really doesn't taste so bad when mixed in water. It doesn't make you sleepy but it has more of a very slight calming effect. But not really worth the money for a tiny little bottle. So just 4 stars.

this works rather well for anxiety
I have short term memory loss. I get quite upset and anxious when I forget something that I know I should already know. I know I needed to do something, but I just don't want to use a prescription to calm myself down. I add about a cup of water with a dropful of the Chamomile liquid. It took a bit of time before I actually experienced less anxiety. Now that i've been taking it for a little while, I am feeling a bit better. I think for now, i'm going to stay on it for a while.

Great, effective, natural - love it, but the taste isn’t great
My daughter is on a medication that disrupts her sleep and I use this to help her get to bed. It’s wonderful, effective and the taste is strongly of alcohol/doesn’t taste good but it’s natural, effective and doesn’t disrupt her melatonin production the way using melatonin does. Very grateful to have it as a tool.

Recommend!
I originally bought this to make lotions with, but I tried it on a lark for sleep problems. I have insomnia and outside of melatonin and real drugs, this is the only thing that's made a difference. And I've tried valerian pills and extract, passionflower extract, hops pills and extract, Melissa (lemon balm) pills, extract and tea, and a ton of others. This not going to put you out if you have bad insomnia, but you'll feel yourself relax. When I take it with 3mg of melatonin it works even better. And the taste is actually pretty good - like a syrup made from concentrated camomile tea.

Misleading, this has alcohol
One of the picture descriptions states "certified organic and alcohol free". I used that to assume it was similar to product purchased in the past that I could not find. The label clearly states organic cane alcohol 53-63%. Terrible taste, I should have sent back, a complete waste of money. Attached screenshot in case they delete later.
