I've been training with this ladder and is very good. It's very easy to setup and use where ever I go. I have been using this to train and it has helped me be faster.

Pretty decent quality. Bought it on a flash sale. This is the one of the few that has the ladder bars sewn into place. It's so easy to throw it out, and not have to adjust anything. Don't waste your time on the other ones. Get this one! Can roll it out, and be using it in 30 seconds.

My son is a punter and requested this product for his birthday. He was working on his speed and agility, so of course, an agility ladder is a must. This ladder comes with a nice carrying bag, which makes it easy to keep in the truck of your car/gym bag, yet protect it from getting wear and tear from other items in the same area, etc. This was a nice addition to his workout supplies and was handy for him to keep in the truck of his car. When he got to the football field, he'd grab it and go. He'd place it on the field and perform his agility drills. When he's done, he just grabs it, collapes it and places it back into the carrying bag til next time. Made of good quality and is 7 months old and still going strong. If you are looking to up your game, this could be an added tool for you. Good luck.

I have a son who plays basketball and baseball. I coach both of these and soccer as well. I have though about getting one of these for my son and to use during practices. This came up as a prime buy so i grabbed it. It comes with videos to teach you all the main kinds of workout patterns you can do. I used it in my house to try it out and learn the good techniques i will use with my son and his team later on. They are all fairly simple and only take a few attempts before you can do it. These aren't easy, you need coordination to do many of these. I did it after using the treadmill and it was a great finish to a run. I have seen others claim the ladder was mis-sewn. When i got mine, it was twisted inside itself making twists near the center of the ladder. It only took feeding itself through the center to straighten it out. Literally took 5 seconds, but i can see where someone may think it was built improperly as that was my first though. I do not like the length of the ladder. Though it doesn't show a longer one on Amazon, the ladder comes with 11 rungs, where the ones used in the video have 20. Also the rungs in the ladder on the video seem to be bigger. I may buy a second one and attach them for a better workout. This is why i give it a four and not a five star review, though again they don't do any faults advertising. The quality of it is pretty nice. The straps are strong and the plastic on the ladder can take a beating. I'm 200 lbs and step on them quite a lot and they bend a little and that's about it. The bag for it seems strong enough and there are stakes to hold it into the ground. This is a great supplement to any outdoor cardio workout and a good way to improve footwork/coordination in any athlete.

our kids' karate instructor used this one night to help with agility. the kids had so much fun using it and over a few weeks their skills improved greatly. not only does it help with balance, but there are so many activities you can do with this ladder. I would not recommend using it on a wood floor though - carpet or outdoors in the grass is better. It works well to stake it down in the grass so that the ladder does not move. well worth the money! It also serves as our go-to energy burner for some very active boys! It is a challenge for them as I switch up the activities and not only do they get their energy out but they are learning balance and agility at the same time! So glad we purchased this!

My Two kids just started playing soccer. i use it to practice with them on the daily basis. Its just a nice tool to have at home to help them focus on the fundamental skills such a rythm balance and foot control. when putting it away just have to make sure its folded the right away to avoid breaking it not as complicated. does not take a lot of space. its so amazing and practical for my 4 and 5 year old.

This is a well made sadder: 13 nicely spaced rungs, easy to fold, easy to untangle, which does happen. I've used it so far on hard surfaces only and clearly it's been beneficial for balance and footwork at speed. There is a learning drill for the many moves reviewable on the internet so one can pick and choose for your sport. I like combining it with my home weight program as variety is fun and engaging. No question that my tennis footwork will bet even better with its,regular usage. I would buy this again without hesitation. Regards. Catus.

I use it to coach soccer with my U-10 boys, and they work absolutely great ! Very well built. Don't be fooled if you take it out of the box and you see a rung twisted up and you think its a manufacturer's mistake as some reviewer's have thought, as it just takes some twisting out. I had 3-4 like that, but took only 1-2 minutes to figure it out, and it looked perfect. Great product !!!

Habe diese Leiter nun etwa seit einem Monat etwa zweimal die Woche draussen in Gebrauch, um meine Schnellkraft zu steigern. Die Leiter ist robust und auf grünem Rasen gut sichtbar. Vor dem Kauf war ich mir nicht ganz sicher ob die Länge der Leiter ausreichen würde. Nun kann ich aber behaupten, dass die 4.5 Meter ein gutes Training gewährleisten. Die dazugehörige Tragetasche ist praktisch und klein, sodass die zusammengelegte Leiter in einer normalen Sporttasche leicht Platz findet. Das einzig Ärgerliche ist, dass in den Produktdetails auf der amazon-seite eine Lehr-DVD aufgelistet ist. Diese war aber nicht dabei und ich glaube, dass es auch keine gibt, da zumindest auf der Verpackung der Leiter bei der Inhaltsbeschreibung nichts dergleichen erwähnt wird. Insofern würde ich mich darauf nicht verlassen. Vielleicht ist es eine Fehler in der Beschreibung von Amazon. Ist aber nicht so schlimm, da man im Internet ohnehin sehr viele Trainingspläne und Übungen finden kann. Alles in allem bin ich bisher mit dem Kauf dieser Leiter sehr zufrieden.

Barres plastiques de qualité qui ne cassent pas même si souvent piétinées ou "emmenées". De nombreuses possibilités de travail. La synchronisation jambes/échelle notamment avec des jeunes en tennis de table est excellente ! A recommander.
