It just doesn't work for me. It contains so many beneficial ingredients, including a chemical exfoliant, so I was eager to see it help me out with my dryness and flakiness. It really doesn't. I apply it several times a day and it doesn't do anything at all. My lips don't feel moisturized, hydrated, smooth, or any different from before I started using this. Huge bummer. I love this brand.

I’ve battled chapped lips my whole lips. This is the first thing that continues to moisturize for a long time. I just bought 4 more tube-and am ordering more. Because all those other lip things are leaving my drawers and purses and car!!!

This “lip balm” does nothing but make your lips super dry five minutes after application. I can’t believe I wasted this much money on a product that isn’t even as good as just regular chapstick. Do not recommend to anyone. Do not waste your money like I did

I love this lip balm. I got it as an add-on in my FabFitFun box. I love it because: a) it’s in the shape of a lipstick so my fingers aren’t involved; b) it’s colorless (though it does make the lips look a little washed out); c) it’s matte; and d) it’s not sticky or greasy or filmy. Oh, and it lasts for hours. I was pleasantly surprised to find the genuine product in Amazon and more reasonably priced. It’s $38 on the retailer’s site, but was much more inexpensive through Amazon.
