Q: Do they offer this for left handed?

I didn't see it offered in left hand

Q: Will this fit the beretta cheetah 86

Should fit all the series 80 pistols in .380 and .32. If the 86 has the same dimensions it should fit. Fit is perfect for my 84

Q: How does the retention work? Is there an internal clip to hold the gun in the holster or does the gun just fit snug enough to sit in the leather?

I have two of these holsters for Beretta 84/85. They do not have an internal clip. The holster just have a snug fit. I've had no problems with mine.

Q: Will this fit a Barretta model 34?

That 34 is a nice classic pistol! I use this holster with a Model 84B (double stack) .380 which may be a bit more robust than the 34, with a 3.81" barrel. Hope this helps.
