Would recommend. After using and a couple of tanks of fuel later, I noticed a significant increase in mileage on both of my diesel cars. I now use a can after every oil change/7500 miles.

Tossed a can in and after about a half tank, engine was noticably smoother. Seems too do EXACTLY what's promised.

Don't notice any performance improvement
Used 1 can on a 400 mile trip. Cant really tell a big difference in performance.
