Your orchid will arrive in a small box. That’s it. Very disappointed 😞
I expected the orchid will be hand delivered. So sad it arrived in a small box. No instructions, no information about the plant, etc. I won’t buy it again.

Perfect, same as the orchid in their picture.
Great packaging, and my orchid looks like their display model. I took off the hair net that shielded the flowers....not a single flower or bud got damaged. Thanks.

Arrived frozen solid and with a cracked pot.
The orchid was well packed and did have the heat in it but it arrived frozen completely solid and with the blossoms dropping off. You can see the larger orchids that I grow in the background all doing well and healthy. I really wanted these for a friend and I'm markedly disappointed. Very sad to pay a premium price and have this kind of service.It had been several days longer than it was supposed to be in shipping. Moreover, the color of the orchid was wrong. I ordered one in a white pot and a white orchid and one pink on. as you can see by reviewing my order and it gave me all white and all dead. I have ordered 75 orders from amazon in 5 months so i'm a huge fan but i've had absolutely no luck with any live plants. They are absolutely beautiful and had they lived, would have been a great addition, but save yourself some money and go to a nursery because this is the second time that i've ordered and received the wrong thing. Only this time it didn't matter because they were all dead anyway . :)

Cute, blooming, and with future buds
The plant arrived in great condition. It had a few open blooming orchids and a couple of future buds. Perfect size for a 12 -16 inch glass terrarium. The only thing wrong was I ordered white and a purple orchid arrived but Amazon worked to quickly replace it with the correct item.

Needed sturdier packaging
The metal pot was bent severely out of shape. I was surprised the aerial roots weren't damaged.
