My favorite vanilla protein shake for on the go. This is a nice thin consistency that isn’t too filling so you never feel too full or bloated from this shake. The vanilla is a true gourmand vanilla (definitely not French Vanilla) that I think is very good without tasting too synthetic. There is no caffeine just packed with vitamins & 30 grams of protein.

I tried the Premier Protein Shakes in vanilla flavor because I'm on a low-carb diet. I really liked them and will soon order the chocolate flavor. The best thing about them is the variety of flavors, and the best part is that they're low in carbs. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Overall I think this is a very good product. It has helped me lose a bit of weight and is filling for intermittent fasting. Taste is rather good with a high level of protein. A bit pricey, but definately worth a try! 4 to 4.5 Stars.

I got the vanilla this time.. I also get the banana, lemon, sometimes peach, rarely pumpkin spice. Premier is a good brand for a protein drink. It doesn't taste chalky or have a funky after taste. I also add them to cereal instead of milk. You can also mix it in with a home made milk shake or fruit smoothie just make sure there's nothing too acidic in the smoothie like yellow kiwi or it will curdle. I've had no stomach issues drinking premiere. It's small enough to conveniently slip in your purse. If you're using this as a meal replacement then drink it BEFORE you get really hungry or you'll be looking for more. The trick is to drink it at the top of when you think you're getting hungry if you want to use it as a meal replacement. It's also 1g of sugar, so it's great for (pre)diabetics. It's not bitter & there's no funky aftertaste. The over all calories aren't high either!

As a hypoglycemic, my husband subscribed to these a few years ago to utilize their high protein content, convenience, and better price. He drinks one daily as a snack to maintain his protein level, prefers the vanilla taste over the others, and loves the convenience of stashing one in his lunch box. I like that they can be recycled easily.

Taste is good quality is excellent thickness is just right flavor and protein quality are all excellent no caffeine content that I'm aware of
