Adams Proposal Book, 2-Part with Carbon, 8.38 x 11.44 Inches, White, 50 Sheets (D8118)

The media could not be loaded. I bought this because I needed something more detailed to be able to write estimates for my potential clients rather than your average estimate book. I also needed something with a lot of room on the pages to be able to write down many things as you can tell on the one photo I have attached of the showing how good the carbon sheets work to make 2 parts forms. It copies down on the 2nd sheet perfectly. And I have used the first carbon sheets numerous times and it is still copying great. This book has 50 sheets total 1 part form with 2 carbon sheets to be able to make 2 part forms. Love it!Since these are not personalized for my company I have been writing my company name at the very top of the page for the homeowners and insurance companies. It has more than just the work and area for the work needing to be done, but also an area for cost of the job and an area where if payments are to be made I can specify how they are to be made. At the bottom where it says respectfully submitted I just put my name, phone number and my address and mark out the per and note this proposal may be withdrawn by us if not excepted within blank days. Then at the very bottom, where it says acceptance of proposal, I put the date I have the homeowner sign on the top signature line and then I sign on the bottom line and then give them a copy, with the two part form that I used to copy it on another sheet. Perfect!

Got it for my son to use in his business. It perfectly met his needs.

Nice full size sheets and room for your business stamp. Only issue is they are not in a pad, they are loose so need an organizer to put them in which is not a biggie ... would buy again.

Lots of room for writing. Only thing I didn’t care for is it comes w a couple carbon papers that you have to move and reuse every new page. Other than that great product
