Book was in great condition.

The COSO framework has been updated and this book was based on old one. Description did not say so.

Quite much less relevant text, but worth reading if you are willing to take a deeper breath. First part of the book is more directly useful.

This textbook is required for at least two of my risk management classes. About all I can say. Would I read this for fun? Heck no! But I suppose it fills the need for my classes and education.
