Sore no more
Have herniated lumber disc,and theses patches are life changing ,at least for me ,they stick well,last for days. Good for headache.

Worth trying. Put on sore muscles, around knee and ankles to recover from marathon training. Seems to work fairly good. Easy to put on and take off. Stays in well.

My friend gives me same other brand. Was so good. But I saw this one with more good reviews. But The patches do not stick at all! and come off easily! Waste money!

BEST PAIN RELIEF EVER!
I have had chronic joint pain for years. I need 2 shoulder replacements and a knee replacement. I just had a hip replacement. I've had all sorts of treatment for the pain including spinal epidurals . Recently my OT told me about these Cross tapes, she put some on my knees, and ! BOOM ! the pain was gone almost immediately and the tape lasted 7 daysi I was astonished! This product is a game changer. Hopefully, I will no longer need to swallow pain pills, be they prescription or over the counter. I purchased the x-large and mix. As soon as my purchase arrived I put some on my shoulders. For the first time in months, I woke up with no shoulder pain. I couldn't ask for a more economical and safe pain relief.
