The firebox and ceramic log are shipped separately from the fireplace.
I received my fireplace on August 3. 2024. I didn't realize the entire fireplace was not being shipped together until I got to the last page of the how to assemble instructions, which states firebox shipped separately.It is now December 12, 2024, and I still have not received the firebox and ceramic log (etc.) that I've paid for in full. I now have a beautiful fireplace with a a big empty space where my firebox and ceramic log should be. I've called repeatedly to find out when I will receive them. So far, I still have no firebox, ceramic log, or answer to my question which makes the fireplace (PAID IN FULL) useless.So very frustrated, disgusted, extremely disappointed and still searching for the rest of my fireplace (firebox and ceramic log/PAID IN FULL). HELP!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE
Like other reviews, you will NOT receive the gel firebox, you will only receive the mantel itself. You WILL receive someone else's return. Manual states firebox will be shipped in separate package, contacted SEI, they haven't had the gel fireboxes in 10 years. Only option is to return for refund. Save yourself the time and headache: do NOT order!

I never got my 2nd shipment for the actual insert that looks like fire?
The fireplace frame looks nice and in good shape. What I didn't get was the 2nd shipment, which I didn't know until I read the directions. I didn't get around to opening it until well after 30 days, but seriously? I contacted the seller through Amazon. I will take this review down when I get what is owed to me.

I just had this delivered and was excited to be ...
I just had this delivered and was excited to be able to assemble this for Christmas. Unfortunately, I'll be returning this item. This first part I removed from the box had a piece of wood molding missing and another piece loose. The color is also not what I expected... It says 'ivory' but it has too much of a green hue to be ivory. The paint job looks poorly applied as well, and there are various holes in the molding. Just all around sloppy construction.
