Same effect as the liquid, with none of the taste. Same ease of use as the other pills, but no chalky residue! I know it's more expensive, but it is SO worth it if you can't handle the taste of Pesto bismol or don't like chalky pills. It works just as well, but you're not gonna procrastinate taking it because there is no taste to be repulsed by.

I hate the traditional powdered pepto because of the grainy feeling. These deliver the same results without the weird graining feeling of the powdered pills or the nasty liquidy taste of the traditional kind. Very easy to swallow.

Swallowing: I’m not great about taking medicine so these are a little big and end up sideways sometimes - but that’s me. The capsule is nice and slick and flavorless so it makes it much easier and more pleasant to take.Sturdy for travel: I travel with these and they hold up even when left in a hot car for many hours. They also do fine carried in a jeans pocket - never got crushed in its plastic holder. I’ve even popped an unprotected one in my pocket and never had an issue.Uses: I have digestion issues so sometimes I’ll take one or two before a meal out. These work quickly for painful heartburn - especially if you walk a little.Note: if you take them for a few days in a row it’ll make your poop really dark.
