SweetGourmet Barley Clear Toys Christmas Candies, 1.2Lb

When I was a kid there was a little candy store that made candy apples, candied bubble gum and little squares of this candy. They did not mold it like this but the taste was the same. I will say that shipping is too high when purchasing several and most packets were broken open but the candy itself was 5 stars. Shipping policy and shipping cost as well as packaging a 1 star, thus my 3 star rating. If you only care about the taste this is great but expect breakage. This is the taste of barley clear toys and there are not flavors added if that isn't what you want try lifesavers but this is the taste I wanted.

These arrived damaged. Container was broken and candy was in pieces. Sugar was all over inside of box. This was a gift for my sister. She said she was trying some of the pieces and it was just like the olden days. The taste was excellent, but the condition of the product was terrible. She said not to return it because she could deal with it. I paid a big price for this product so she could enjoy something from the past. A disappointment.

only place I can find it now. however, your handling of this candy was nasty. all broke up and banged around so much this year, the seal wasn't tight. candy was all hard. I couldn't wait for getting more, and returning what I got. needed it for nursing home. sorry, this year you let me down. do a lot of shopping with you, because of fighting cancer and back surgeries. cant get out and you really screwed up this year. this is the second time this year in the last month.

I took a chance based on other reviews about broken candies and ordered anyway because the product looked so good, and happily this company must have changed the way it ships because my package was PERFECT with not a single beautiful crystal candy chipped! I gave this as a gift to an older friend who said it was exactly as she remembered and she loved the easy open zip top package.

I ordered this last year for my mother and she absolutely loved it so I ordered it again this year..It came smashed.candy stuck together and the outside of the container so sticky from the sugar. The candy was also stale..so disappointed. I am sending it back!

I love this product. It reminds me of my childhood. Every Christmas my Dad would buy this for my sister and I. He is gone now but every time I eat this candy it reminds me of him. So glad my son found this candy on Amazon.

sent back was not package correctly was broke open inside the box. Was not even wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it looked like it was just thrown into the box.

These are one of my favorite candies I buy during the Christmas season. I love the colors and the shapes. Brings back memories from childhood when we had these as lollipops.
