Not sure if I’ve received a faulty battery but I don’t agree with the other reviews. Yes it’s cheaper than a dyson replacement, yes it’s easy to install and yes it does work but definitely not for a longer period of time than the original dyson. Also, as the battery wears down it starts to intermittently start/stop as I’m using it and then when I place it on charge I have to really push it in and make sure the blue charging light come on - I’ve been caught out a few times now where I’ve gone to use the following day and the battery is still dead as I’ve forgotten to wiggle it in to place! It’s ok but I think I’ll end up buying a dyson battery as this one is just annoying!

Worked fine for the first couple of weeks, was delighted. Thought great replacement for my Dyson. But out of the return window time by under 3 weeks and its showing up as red when I turn on. Checked charger etc to make sure that wasn't the fault, in the end put in original battery and its working fine (just not lasting as long as when new, this is why I brought a replacement), so new replacement is no good to me now :-(Looking at a review that went on after I brought it, I think the batch needs to be checked out.

I was delighted that I checked Amazon before buying direct from Dyson. Half the price, and two filters included for free. It arrived within 48 hours, and it may be my imagination, but it seems better suction than when V6 was new! So I would thoroughly recommend thus product.

Easy to instal, already charged when it arrived,first battery only lasted a few months but exchanged within 5 days excellent service hoping this lasts a lot longer.I have no doubt if I have a problem in the future they will sort it out again.

I thought it was game over for my out of warranty dyson hand held and Dyson wanted to charge £99 for a replacement battery and costs for an engineer. Bought this, easy to fit and hey presto it's alive again and probably working better than before.

Bought this a while ago now. Picked it as it came with the filter which I thought was a good deal. Have to say hasn’t let me down. My dyson was 5 years old and owned since new and would sometimes work sometimes wouldn’t. Sometimes work ok and sometimes work for 10 seconds. I didn’t know for sure it was the battery but thought it could be given the age and it was. Works like new again now, no issues charging or leaving on charge 24 hours a day. Doesn’t get hot or anything.

I liked that it work without even a charge, good buy would buy again from this Seller. Cheers Harry
