Good product and really easy to use
My grandkids wouldn't have known this was egg free if I hadn't told them. Sure, it changes the texture, but I'm making all my cakes with it now as one of the grandies has an egg allergy, and I've nothing but praise for this stuff. Excellent product

Does what it is supposed to
A good egg replacer. Used in pancakes, cakes and biscuits. All worked well.

Good product, took some getting used to
This was a new product for us as we were unable to get to the shops during lockdown. The consistency took some getting used to and unfortunately a sticker had been placed over the instructions so we had to google them. For me it wasn't the best or worst product and I think they may be better out there.

Not Great
This is completely useless for what I wanted it for (making omelettes/pancakes) nothing like egg, doe's not hold anything together, just ends up in a frying pan full of mush 🤷♀️

Great product.
I like this egg replacer as I don't like the taste of egg in my baking. This does the trick.

Top tip
Works brilliantly. Best vegan pancakes I've ever had. Top tip - this tends to go lumpy when you add liquid, if you're baking just mix the egg replacer powder into your flour first and you totally avoid lumps. Works a treat!

Not for the pan, not to make omelette
As a vegan, I had tried many egg replacements to make omelettes. This may be good for baking, but not good for the pan. Also, to mix it, you need a lot of work. Use something electric, don't attempt to mix with manually, as this will result in lumps.

I don’t think the previous users realize this is not for making quiche, etc. it is a replacement for an egg, as an ingredient in cooking. Such as cakes and cookies and breads and such. the other comment says that it flopped, I’m guessing that means that it was not risen. well for that you’ll need baking soda/baking powder Etc. for the cake to rise. This is used to HOLD your food TOGETHER as an egg would in baking. I usually use flax seeds as an egg replacement, but it has to soak a bit to Create a bonding effect. With this on hand you can grab it, add it to your ingredients and quickly use it.

Un goût étrange, ça fait vraiment bizarre dans une quiche .... je rachèterai pas.
