These are great drawing & sketching pens
I've been using Sakura Microns for years - and I still think those are great pens - but I'm finding that I like Uni Pins much more for certain applications. Here's an example: lately I'm into drawing & then coloring mandalas - I sketch out the circles, lines & specific details in pencil, then ink with permanent pen, then color or leave b&w, I'm not a great inker so I was making a lot of shaky or 'blurbed' lines with the Sakuras. I'm finding that it's much easier to control these lines using Uni Pins. I think it's because the Uni Pin tip is more exposed (and maybe it's a different material?) - so not only can you use some of the sides of nib but I think it has more drag on the paper - all of which result in much more steady lines & control around curves & circles. And for those reasons I think Sakuras might be preferable when doing really delicate line work - but maybe that's just 'user error' LOL because the UniPin's come in very small sizes: .005. .01, .03 etc. I'm finding Uni Pins completely bleed-proof on paper, I can use water colors, alcohol inks, my new favorite watercolor brush markers. And, boy, you can't beat the price of Uni Pins!! fantastic! My only complaint: I haven't been able to find 3 packs of a single size in black, specifically .01 in black - I see singles, part of a kit, or a packs of 12, but maybe that's just low supply. BTW - try the Uni Pin black-grey color gradient set...those was really cool!!

Drawing at its finest!!
These pens are great drawing pens and even pens to write notes with. Extremely neat and thet don't really give writing fatigue though they don't have grips. Definitely living up to the fine line promoting.

Hmmmmm
I bought these to compare to my Micron, Tombow, and Prisma fineliners. I suppose these sorts of pens kinda all begin to feel the same.. so it's a bit silly to get too bogged down, but yet there are some slight enough differences that It intrigues me. I feel like I'm on a never-ending quest to find the 'perfect' one. In my tests the Uni was the 2nd 'juiciest' to the Prisma but by far the least ghosting. The Tombow dries the quickest so you can use watercolors over them pretty quickly (in my water tests at 3 mins and again at 35 mins, the Uni and Micron were identical). I can't say, beyond how little they ghosted, this set is any more fun to use or is designed uniquely enough that I'd buy them again. The tips don't feel more stiff than typical and until I use them more vigorously there's no way to judge how prone they are to prematurely fraying or if the ink runs out shockingly quickly. PLUS... I did not receive these pens in the retail packaging shown in the images. Thus I have no idea if I received a set of new items or even if they're even true Uni Pin Pens. They all work just fine but receiving them in a dirty, unmarked plastic sleeve, with a bar code scotch taped onto it is *not* what I was trying to buy. I guess beware if gifting these. I'd return and reorder yet there's no way of telling if I'll just end up in the same situation. Oh yay.

great replacement for my old microns
I don't do a lot of traditional art anymore so I can't speak for longevity but they're pretty great. In my opinion they feel better than micron pens which are what I'm using them to replace. They draw nice thin lines, no spurting ink or anything too.

Great drawing pens
I usually have used Sakura Micron pens but a friend recommended trying these. I’m very pleased by the set. The variety of nib sizes, smoothness of the ink flow and the fact they don’t smear are all reasons they will now be a part of my art supplies.

Best pens especially for lefties!!!
I love these pens!!! The ink dries quickly so I don't end up destroying what I had just drawn and no ink all over my hand. They have a great range of line thickness and the ink is permanent. The tips are sturdy so no destroying the pen by accidently dumping it. They last a long time too!!! Great price for such great pens. Will definitely be back for more.

Compré los estilografos porque necesitaba principalmente la medida 0.05 y 0.03 y son los que no vienen en el paquete

If you’re into drawing with these, the set is awesome. If you want to take notes, the thinnest ones are too thin to be useful to you. 5 stars for their intended use. You may want to get only 0.5 and 0.8 if you’d like to take notes with them. They aren’t perfectly waterproof or smudge proof though. They bleed a bit if you are using watercolor pencils alongside with these.

Really like these pens. They are smooth, nice sharp lines, and nice to hold. They are not good with a watercolour wash; ink smudges And intermingles with paint. I just learned the difference between water resistant (these are) and waterproof. Otherwise these are excellent pens.

Some of the pens had dried up ink. Product case was torn when received, looked like someone has tried to open it with force. Even the bubble wrap was all popped out. This product is non refundable, pls buy with caution.
