Has helped me considerably with my hip and back problems. I have a hip problem diagnosed as a child. I was told I would need hip replacement by the time I was 40. I started taking the Move Free supplements in my early 30's and I'm now 50 and still have my own hips. I know one day I will need them replaced, but I can wait. Through the years, I have stopped taking them for short periods and started to notice stiffness and pain return and after starting back up, I returned to my previous state. So I have verified several times that it was this supplement and nothing else giving me relief. My hips still bother me at times, so it's not a cure all, but with this supplement, I can rebound and keep going. I also adhere to my limitations like no running, jumping, etc. I do alternate exercises that don't impact my hips.

This product really seems to ease the pain of arthritis, especially in the knees. We have been using it for years and when we run out, we notice our aches and pains come back quickly. Try it, you'll see the difference.

These tablets work great. If for some reason I go a few days without taking them I can really fell a difference in my knees. As soon as I start taking them again the pain in my knees goes away
