Would this be a perfect size for 3 parakeets

I have a quaker parakeet and there is only room for him. Three parakeets would not fit. It's for a single bird.

Was going to order but the "About this item" description states there is a bell, rope game, and swing, so why doesn't the picture show it?

I gave this perch to a friend for her parrot. I don't recall it having a bell or a rope game.
