so far so good; battery fit, was able to get full 60Whr charge following the instructions (first fully discharge, then recharge); Dell Latitude 7290 now delivers 10+ hours battery-only of work time (emails, word docs, some browsing, few videos, etc.; work-stuff) -- which is pretty good for a small i7 quad-core laptop released in 2018 (and purchased for <<200$ on ebay). Note that I have two of those laptops, and had purchased two batteries (to replace the smaller 46Whr batteries in each, which were getting "weak"); both batteries work well and accomplish what I needed: Full-day of work on a small laptop.

I had zero expectations, but I installed this two weeks ago and it works well and holds a charge. My very nice local computer repair guy was > $100 to replace the battery, so I figured this would be worth trying—turned out to be a great value. One YouTube video and a cup of coffee later, and my computer is performing very well! I didn’t see instructions, but YouTube videos are actually super helpful…

Very pleased with this replacement battery; Seems to be high quality manufacturing.The BIOS sees the battery as manufactured by LG and I have always had positive experiences when using LG LiOn batteries.Perfect fit, same mAh as OEM battery. I get about 5 hours of runtime without using any power saving options.BE AWARE that the battery DID NOT come with the pig-tail connector, so DO NOT throw away old battery before installing new battery because you will need the pig-tail from OEM battery.

My wife's laptop was suffering from a worn out battery so we ordered this replacement. It works much better than the old battery but still doesn't hold a charge as long as the original used to, but still much better than a dead battery. The battery came with the tools I needed to open the back of the laptop and to replace the battery. The whole installation was pretty straightforward and easy and I am definitely glad I ordered this battery.

Great battery and the fit was perfect.

It has only been 2 months since purchasing, so a little too early to say for certain how well it holds up. But so far, this battery is performing exactly as I would have hoped. The battery report after the first 2 cycles indicated the capacity was right on the money!

This laptop battery shipped with degraded health and in the first week of use has degraded another 12%. I do not recommend.
