My wife recently broke both her ankles, don’t ask. It’s a long story. This product made all the difference it’s durable, well-made, and comfortable. It was easy to assemble, and it will be easy to store when she recovers. I highly recommend this item.

My husband couldn’t adjust to the raised seat for the toilet. It didn’t seem “normal.” When he got this it made his life much easier. Sturdy enough. Good value for the price.

It’s portable, we bought it while evacuating to a friends home 4 hours away, most toilet seats are too low for back issues so it was perfect even brought it in to hotel room. Lightweight and handles are placed wide enough for comfort. Worth the money.

I have had this chair for 6 months. I had hip sugery and needed to sit higher. This worked perfectly. When I no longer needed it for the toilet, I used it in my shower. I do dry it after use, and it looks like new. I do not know if the manufacturer would recommend this. Also, it was very easy to put together.

Easy to assemble. I'm no where near the weight limit, but i am heavy and this seat is very sturdy. Adjusts high enough for even the tallest person. As I recover from surgery, I've been able to gradually lower it to fit my new needs.Okay, this is TMI for some people, but important to know if you're buying this for a big person. Most "wide" toilet toppers are plenty wide enough to site comfortably with room to either side, but they are not wide enough to allow you to reach to clean yourself. This one allows plenty of room for that.Definitely would recommend.

This product was ideal after my recent hip replacement surgery. It is well made, sturdy, and easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this product because of its many adjustments; also, the seat has comfortable padding as well as being much easier to use than other traditional round seat risers. It is standalone so does not hook to the toilet which I also liked. As a personal tip, I found that by removing the regular toilet seat completely, it worked better for me because the product was able to be positioned against the toilet tank thereby allowing the front of the chair seat to sit back a bit further than the toilet rim. I would highly recommend this product for anyone of a larger size who needs a raised toilet.

While it is very comfy it does not have lid (I overlooked that when I bought it).... you need to remove it to close the actual toilet lid when flushing if you don't want bacteria floating through the air onto your bath items.
