Q: on the glass one how good is the filter ?

The filter works very well, you just have to keep it clean.

Q: Is this enclosure good for a frog?

All the frogs I have are in an enclosure that has substrate unless they are tree frogs then need height. A critter keeper would be better for a terrestrial frog.

Q: Anyone use large size for Larger turtles?

This is the perfect size for my two small turtles, so have no need for a larger tank.

Q: My turtle loves to escape... is the glass really nonslip?

The glass is smooth and it is not really nonslip. The stairs inside are non slip. If your turtle is small as mine then you should not have a problem with escape e unless the rubber bands that hold the ends together break.
